Welcome to St Barnabas Church, Pimlico Road  (between Victoria Coach Station and Sloane Square).  contact details and map here
St Barnabas Church is an Anglican Church which is very welcoming: please come and join us! We have a number of services and events each week.  We are a small (and growing) inclusive church community - welcoming all.

Our  parish has been ‘serving and encouraging’ people living, working and passing through the area since 1850.  It is a beautiful Grade 1 listed church - and well worth a visit.  We are actively involved in our parish school and we are seeking greater engagement with the local and wider community.

Our Vicar, Fr John Pearson-Hicks joined St Barnabas in September 2015 and since becoming the ‘full-time’ priest (Sept 2017) we have been able to be open more regularly and hold more events and services.  If you would like to find out more about baptisms and weddings, or if you would just like to have a conversation about what we are doing, please don’t hesitate to contact him directly on john.pearson-hicks@london.anglican.org  to arrange a time to talk.

Mission Action Plan 2020-2023
Ultimately we want to share the love of God with as many people as we can through being open and active and in serving the people of the parish; those who live, work, worship or pass through each day, and to encourage people in their faith journey with Jesus Christ and to give opportunity to challenge one another in our thinking.

Key Priorities
  1. Making church, church activities, church services, more accessible to all
  2. Ensuring security for future growth and development
  3. Developing stewardship and resources (time, money, energy, abilities)

What are our three core areas?
  1. Welcome and Worship
  2. Outreach and Engagement
  3. Finance and Buildings
